Little Bug Ink – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and downloading designs from Little Bug Ink, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Use
   
• Designs are for use on physical end products only (e.g., clothing, mugs, stationery).
• Seamless patterns and sublimation (sub) designs may be used for personal and business use on physical products only.
• Designs may not be edited, altered, or resold in any digital format, including as part of other digital designs or seamless patterns.
• Designs may not be shared with other shops, individuals, or uploaded to Print On Demand (POD) websites (e.g., Redbubble, Amazon Merch).
2. Exclusive vs Non-Exclusive
   
• Exclusive designs are for your use only and will not be sold again.
• Limited exclusive designs are sold to a limited number of buyers only.
• Non-exclusive designs are available for purchase by multiple people and may be used by others.
3. Quality and Responsibility
   
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to check all designs before printing.
• Colours may vary depending on your screen, printer, and inks. Samples are recommended.
• Little Bug Ink accepts no responsibility for printing errors.4. Issues and Support
  
• Due to the digital nature of the products, returns and refunds are not offered.
• If you spot an issue with your files, please contact me, and I will do my best to rectify it promptly5. Intellectual Property
  
• Designs and elements remain the intellectual property of Little Bug Ink.
• Little Bug Ink reserves the right to reuse elements in other designs
